Yeah, that's why you can use them to tell creatures apart. [A pause] Do different species have different DNA?

Different animals have different DNA, yes. Human DNA in general, I believe, looks very much similar to one another but there are slight differences between each person if you check closely.

Like for example... Myself and Shion. Both of us would have very similar DNA since we are both identical twins, but there would be a slight difference to tell us apart. Well, I believe fingerprinting would work too, but that isn't too important.
